A collective agreement that reconciles the interests of employees and the company’s objectives
The LCGB, the majority union, the OGBL, and the CFL multimodal group have signed a new collective agreement covering the various entities of the group.This new agreement applies until December 31, 2027, for staff falling under the scope of the collective agreement of the companies CFL multimodal, CFL logistics, CFL terminals, CFL sites services, and CFL intermodal, representing nearly 350 employees.
The new collective agreement notably provides for the following improvements:
- gradual introduction of a one-time year-end allowance;
- granting of an additional day of leave and a review of the frequency of loyalty leave days, for a better work-life balance;
- introduction of progressive early retirement offering new perspectives at the end of a career;
- various improvements and clarifications in the text regarding working conditions.
This new agreement is the result of constructive and fruitful social dialogue between the social partners, which has led to significant progress for employees while taking into account the company’s objectives.
