The Bettembourg-Dudelange intermodal terminal is continuing its investment plan in favour of sustainable energy. This change began with the installation of the 3rd portal crane at the intermodal terminal. The next stage involves replacing thermal tractors with MOL electric tractors (model: YME 225). This initiative makes a significant contribution to the electrification of our activities and the reduction of the carbon footprint at the Bettembourg-Dudelange terminal.

A collective agreement that reconciles the interests of employees and the company’s objectives

The LCGB, the majority union, the OGBL, and the CFL multimodal group have signed a new collective agreement covering the various entities of the group.This new agreement applies until December 31, 2027, for staff falling under the scope of the collective agreement of the companies CFL multimodal, CFL logistics, CFL terminals, CFL sites services, and CFL intermodal, representing nearly 350 employees.

Installation of the 3rd gantry crane

Künz’s automated crane is part of the new generation of gantry cranes and is 100% remote operated. It also has a fully integrated spreader system equipped with piggyback legs to ensure safe handling of intermodal units. With the additional crane, we can handle more volume for our customers.
